Meet the Team
Kyle Fritz is the founder and president of Kyle Fritz and Associates, a Los Angeles-based talent management company with more than 25 years of experience representing actors across film, television, and streaming. Throughout his career, he has helped develop, guide, and negotiate the careers of Academy Award, Emmy Award, and Golden Globe-winning talent while building long-term relationships throughout the entertainment industry.
Before launching his management career, Kyle studied acting at Arizona State University and trained under legendary acting teacher Sanford Meisner. He later ran the Howard Fine Acting Studio, where he worked closely with actors dedicated to mastering their craft.
Known for his strategic career planning, hands-on approach, and unwavering advocacy, Kyle works closely with each client to identify meaningful opportunities and navigate an ever-changing entertainment landscape.
Christy English is the Director of the Youth Division at Kyle Fritz and Associates, where she represents and develops emerging actors for careers in film and television. With more than two decades of experience in the entertainment industry, she brings a discerning eye for talent, strategic career guidance, and an individualized approach to representation.
Christy trained with legendary acting teacher Sanford Meisner and later created and built a highly successful acting studio in the Bay Area. She began working in talent management in 2010, bringing her extensive background in actor development to her work as a manager.
Christy has helped guide young actors from their earliest professional opportunities through recurring and series regular roles in major film and television productions. As both a manager and a mother, she understands the unique dynamics of working with young actors and their families.
Christy believes successful careers are built through talent, professionalism, thoughtful choices, and strong relationships. With a relationship spanning more than 25 years, Christy and Kyle share a collaborative approach to representation and a commitment to building lasting careers.
Gracie Ferguson is a Junior Manager at Kyle Fritz and Associates based in Los Angeles. Originally from the Chicago suburbs, she graduated from Ithaca College in 2025 with a B.S. in Cinema & Photography and a minor in Legal Studies.
Gracie began her career at Kyle Fritz and Associates as an assistant to Kyle Fritz and Christy English before being promoted to Junior Manager. She is passionate about developing long-term careers and takes a collaborative, hands-on approach to supporting actors at every stage of their journey.
